3. IMMERSIVE DESIGN: Experiential Installation

Experiential Future in which one of four scenarios was brought to life.

In a dystopian 2050, a major food corporation has taken over most of the food crops, and several food items are no longer available on earth. This installation exhibits 3 extinguished food items and Maple Surrogate as an “artifact from the future” as well as new developments in food.
